Program Overview
Beautiful Creation is Cosmo Foundation's flagship women entrepreneurship initiative that empowers rural women to establish and grow sustainable home-based enterprises. Implemented across Karjan Block, Vadodara, the program enables women to transform their skills and creativity into profitable businesses through product development, entrepreneurship, and market access.
Participants manufacture a diverse range of products including candles, diyas, soaps, rakhis, home décor, ornaments, gift hampers, festive collections, and other value-added products while receiving continuous support in product innovation, branding, packaging, marketing, and business management. Through strategic partnerships with FICCI FLO Vadodara and Kaarigar Clinic, women gain both production expertise and entrepreneurial capabilities to build sustainable livelihoods.
Why This Program
Many rural women possess the potential to earn independently but often lack access to entrepreneurial knowledge, product development, branding, and markets. As a result, home-based skills remain underutilized.
Beautiful Creation bridges this gap by helping women establish home-based enterprises through business mentoring, product innovation, market exposure, and enterprise development, enabling them to generate sustainable incomes and become financially independent.
